We are industry leaders in the concrete scanning industry here in Southern California. We utilize the best scanning tools using industry standards in non destructive GPR (Ground Penetrating Radar) technology. Our scanners can go as deep as 24″ slabs with a tolerance of 1/4″. By using GPR we are able to locate voids, rebar, and post tension cables in cured concrete slabs to eliminate costly repairs on the contractors expense.
By using the same GPR technology with a different frequency antennae we are able to penetrate certain soils by up to 30′ deep to locate all the buried utility lines that lie beneath the surface. Next time before you excavate call on our expert team to locate these buried utilities. With our top of the line gear we are able to locate and map any of these buried items prior to excavation, saving contractors the risk of hitting a buried utility line and the delays and costs that come with.
With our top of the line equipment we are able to not only provide the customer with the most precise scanning in the world, but also able to elaborate on the scanning by providing the customer with a detailed report/ map based on our findings and help the customer not only pinpoint the hidden cables or conduit, but to have an itemized report reflecting our findings. We are also able to map out the utilities we discovered not only with wood stakes but also in an overview map to ensure no lost time repairs or delays caused by digging blindly.
Since the invention of post tensioned cables in the 1990’s the construction industry has found the need to scan concrete slabs prior to drilling, coring, or cutting any concrete slabs. The use of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) has allowed us to effectively find not only location of any materials poured within up to a 24″ thick slab, but also find the depth, and can even find voids all while being non destructive, and finding your results immediately. By sending radar frequencies into the slab, or wall, the equipment senses when the freequencies are returned the depth and also the location of any objects poured within to tolerances of 1/4″! Our team values our customers and understand the tight time constraints in which they operate and will likely be there to help within 24 hours of initial call!
